Get organized

Never lose a file or miss a deadline again. Google Drive automatically backs up files as you go, so you don't have to worry about saving your work to a specific place. Simply open a document and edit away. When you're done, Google Drive keeps the latest version of that file so that the next time you open it no matter where it is all your changes will be there. To keep things even more organized, turn on labels and color-code your different projects using Google Drive's built-in categorization tools and color options. You can also store your individual projects in individual folders.

Always have the latest version

Just like you do with word processing, Microsoft Word, and Excel files, Google Drive keeps copies of your latest additions and changes. If you close the document without saving it or click cancel when prompted to save, Google Drive will save a copy of that file so that if something goes wrong with your current version, you'll still have access to it. In addition to being able to recover your files from any computer or mobile device, if you delete a file from Google Drive, new versions are automatically created in case you ever want to recover those deleted files.

Store large files

Google Drive is more than just online storage. It's a place to keep, create and share all of your documents with others. Google Drive is a lot more versatile and easy to use than most of the other cloud storage sites out there. Not only does it have plenty of room for storing all your school or work files, but it also has some pretty cool features that help you keep track of everything you need to do. With Google Drive, you can see who's working on what, when the last time someone opened a file was and even the last time an edit was made. But there is one problem that most people suffer from and that is storage. Google Drive only gives you 15 GB of storage. But there is also an alternative way you can get more storage on Google Drive. That is by using Shared Drive.

What is Shared Drive?

If you use Google Drive, then you may have heard about the Shared Drive feature. Shared Drive is the ultimate in collaborative organization and task management. It lets you share folders with your team members so that everyone can upload, access, manage, and collaborate on files without ever having to send them by email.

With Shared Drive, you get a shared space for all of your teams to interact around shared content using powerful organizational tools to keep things tidy and well-organized.

The real power of Shared Drive is that everyone can now upload, access, manage and collaborate on files right in the same space based on their own tasks. No need to go to different workspaces or email whether they have a file they'd like to share.

Members are automatically given the ability to upload and edit files with ease, while all other members are able to view all the content without having to register, log in or create an account. Usually, big companies or educational institution uses Shared Drive and a Shared Drive has a ton of storage that you could use if you can access one.

But if you have received a message that says 'We've got an Error' then you should try with another Gmail account or you should change the Shared Drive Company that you are trying to gain access to. If it still doesn't work then please try again after 24 hours.
